| Lakeside closings | ||

We currently have the lakeside golf course under renovation. With work being performed on both the front and back nines we made a decision to close Lakeside during the week days. It is open on the weekends for play. While under renovation we have big equipment and heavy machinery constanly working on many holes. The conditions created by this activity are very dusty and not safe for golf play. Having the course closed also allows for more work to be accomplished than otherwise would be possible with golfers about. Hence the decision to close Lakeside Monday thru Friday is very practical and proper course of action. Because the renovation activities create conditions which detract from the golfing experience we provide for a 50% discount in greens fees when playing at Lakeside. | Dong Mo Lake | ||
|
The Dong Mo lake is very low at this time. So low in fact that we must use an entrance ramp behind #7 green at Lakeside course. This creates a logistics problem of moving guests from the temporary boatdock to the clubhouse. We have dedicated two new vans to shuttle guests to and from this boat dock. We also utilize six and eight seat buggies to transport golfers and golfbags to the clubhouse. Under construction is a safety shelter at this temporary boat dock. We anticipate completion of this shelter in the next week. Normally your caddie would meet and greet you at the boat dock. However due to transportation issues your caddie will be waiting for you at the rear of the clubhouse. Your golf bag will be taken to the staging area and the caddie will prepare everything for you there.
